# Relatability By:: [[Ross Jackson]] 2023-05-08 In working together, it is often beneficial if the people with whom we interact are relatable in some way. This does mean that the workforce should be homogenous. Far from it. However, it does mean that there should be some way to bridge the gaps that exist and to connect in some real way. Ideally, this connection is something more than “well, we are all here.” Once we form a connection, once one is relatable, it is possible to understand. Organizations benefit from solidarity. This can only be established authentically. If it isn’t authentic, it isn’t solidarity.
