Upon authentic self-reflection and examination, one begins to see the coming storms. These storms are unique for each person and often cause chaos. They'll easily send one into a negative feedback loop of suffering and sorrow. If one sees it coming, one can implement strategies to better deal with it. It could be meditation, talking with a therapist or friend, writing about it, or mindfully developing a plan of attack. Other times one may attempt to avoid it altogether, but this is not foolproof. Chaos will happen wherever life exists; it is unavoidable. Learning to deal with it is the best strategy, regardless of whether one sees it coming. Doing this requires vigilant observation, exploration, and thinking about oneself and the human condition. In other words, it requires analysis. We rarely connect the world of data and analytics to the world of the human experience. Yet, the principles are the same. Analysis and thinking transcend the artificial domains put together by norms, society, and culture. As one learns to hone analytical thinking, one deals with life and challenges in unexpectedly productive ways.
