# One has a Choice

One always has a choice. No matter the situation, there is always a choice one is free to make. This is a fundamental nature of consciousness. By being aware of one's existence, one has agency. This agency enables the moving of mountains or the discovery of internal peace. In the worst-case scenario where everyday freedoms are removed, one still has a choice about how to proceed. One could choose to cease existence or find a way to persevere through self-reflection and belief. There are always choices, and these choices matter. This freedom is a powerful testament to human resilience and the indomitable spirit. No matter how small, each choice shapes our journey and defines our character, reminding us that we are never truly powerless. To accept otherwise is a choice that perpetuates the status quo and limits one's existence to only be about the unavoidable suffering of humanity.
