# No One Gets Organizations

Being loyal to an organization is as foolish as mistaking correlation for causation. Organizations do not care about individuals, no matter what is said. Organizations always make stupid choices and waste resources endlessly, no matter what is said. Organizations are a means to an end, but the means rarely justify or ever find an end worth pursuing, no matter what is said. While analysts can speak to the differences between correlation and causation, only some can discuss the downfalls of placing one's loyalty in organizations. Overall, the field of organizational dynamics is very underdeveloped in public and analytical conscientiousness. Suppose one is not paying attention and studying the issues with organizations. In that case, one is missing the most significant dynamic influencing the behavior of the systems we make and exist within. One won't find many classes or educational resources on the topic, but one can follow a few simple heuristics to navigate the organizational quagmire:
1. Never trust an organization that one works for.
2. Always assume that organizations have no point.
3. Never believe an organization knows what it is doing.
