# Find a Way Then Improve

Part of being effective in organizational problem-solving is following a simple formula: find a way, then improve. Assuming one is tackling something that hasn’t been done, there is no clear path as to how to do it. Many people stop here. Don’t. Find a way to move forward. Once established that “it” can be done, improve how it is done. Given how relatively easy it is to follow this approach, it is amazing how few do. Fear of failure looms large over organizational decisions. There is a great opportunity for accomplishment. Find a way, then improve.
