Maintaining gratification at work is an act of open rebellion. Jargon masks incomprehension. [[Motivation]] is the erroneous belief that happiness will be achieved upon obtaining the next goal. The number of meetings held is inversely related to the amount of work realized. Creativity and thinking are valued organizationally only after they have been successful. Sustaining the spectacle is a full-time job. Precarious people consume more – there is a concerted effort to destabilize identity. Making things better isn’t that hard.
